Raising awareness for Mitochondrial Disease

Welcome to TeamGrace. In April 2018 we lost our daughter Grace very quickly aged 3 to Mitochondrial Disease. She was diagnosed on the 20th April, she lost her fight on the 23rd April 2018. We are making it our mission to raise awareness of this incurable Disease and help to raise as much as we can to aid The Lily Foundation fund research in to one day making it curable.
